We are seeking a highly skilled Orthopaedic Surgeon with Sports Medicine Expertise to join our dynamic medical team at WVU Medicine Camden Clark Medical Center in Parkersburg, WV. Job Details

  • Average daily clinic patient volume is moderate to high.
  • Call schedule is 1:5, with opportunities for flexible scheduling.
  • Minor procedures may include joint injections, x-ray, casting, and other routine orthopaedic procedures.
  • More complex procedures may include ACL reconstruction, rotator cuff repairs, meniscectomies, and other sports medicine-related surgeries.
  • Subject to change based on departmental needs.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Must obtain a WV state medical license and DEA registration upon hire.
  • Board Eligible/Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery.
  • Completed an ACGME-accredited residency program in Orthopedic Surgery.
  • Sports medicine fellowship training is highly desirable.
