Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve raw bar dishes to guests in the main dining room
  • Interact with guests, sharing knowledge of seafood and providing exceptional service
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of sanitation and safety
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and high-quality dishes

Requirements:

  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Previous culinary training or experience
  • High school graduate or some college
  • Current CA Food Handlers Card
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests, management, and colleagues
