Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve raw bar dishes to guests in the main dining room
- Interact with guests, sharing knowledge of seafood and providing exceptional service
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of sanitation and safety
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and high-quality dishes
Requirements:
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Previous culinary training or experience
- High school graduate or some college
- Current CA Food Handlers Card
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests, management, and colleagues
