  • Project Management: Direct responsibility for projects, leading a team in the development of plans and specifications for commercial, mixed-use, multi-family, residential, and other types of projects.
  • Drainage Design and Permitting: Perform drainage design and ICPR modeling, and permit projects through local and state regulatory agencies.
  • Client Management: Act as a point of contact for clients, responsible for project management, reporting, and client invoicing.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong computer skills, including hydrology and hydraulic modeling, and experience working with municipal/government agencies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
  • Professional Certification: Registered PE in Florida.
  • Experience: 10 years + of related experience in land/site development design and project management.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience working on residential, commercial, mixed-use, multi-family projects.
