We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring equipment uptime and reliability through timely troubleshooting and repair of all equipment failures.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in maintenance manufacturing environments, with experience managing people and projects. They will also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve issues across multiple departments and levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures to minimize downtime
  • Develop and implement best practices aligned with Niagara's maintenance strategies
  • Transfer knowledge to team members on production equipment operation and troubleshooting
  • Work directly with maintenance technicians, machine operators, supervisors, and managers to resolve mechanical issues

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in a maintenance manufacturing environment
  • Experience managing people and projects
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics: electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic
  • Proficient skills with precision measuring equipment
