Job Summary:This is a 13-week travel nursing opportunity in the ICU department of a reputable hospital in Oklahoma City. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, and maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient progress.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress, including vital signs, lab results, and medication administration.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- 2 years of recent experience in ICU or Critical Care
- Valid licensure and/or certifications for the state of Oklahoma
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
