Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing billing, behavior plans, insurance authorizations, and assessments accurately and timely. They will oversee ABA treatment plans for clients aged 2-17, conduct ongoing supervision of RBTs on their implementation of ABA procedures, and implement caregiver training programs for families of all backgrounds.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage billing, behavior plans, insurance authorizations, and assessments accurately and timely
  • Oversee ABA treatment plans for clients aged 2-17
  • Conduct ongoing supervision of RBTs on their implementation of ABA procedures
  • Implement caregiver training programs for families of all backgrounds
  • Complete progress reports for clients as required
  • Conduct skills and behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, AFLS, ABLLS, PEAK, etc.)
  • Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with other service professionals (SLP, OT, PT)
  • Participate in school advocacy and IEP consulting

Requirements:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Clear and active BCBA license in the state of Virginia
  • Strong leadership and team development abilities
  • Skills in measurement, assessment, and behavior reduction
  • Results-oriented and responsive to organizational needs
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification
  • Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Reliable transportation
