LPN-LTC Vent Unit Opportunity

At LifeBridge Health, we are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in the Vent Unit at Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center and Hospital. As a LPN-LTC, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized nursing care to residents in the Vent Unit
  • Develop and implement nursing care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Collaborate with the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Assume leadership roles as needed to support the daily operations of the unit

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (diploma)
  • License for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Synquest, IV Pump, Phillips Monitoring System, Accucheck, and EKG Machine
