About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Residential Therapist to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide on-site clinical services for our residential treatment programs in Portland, Oregon.

Job Summary

This position requires a Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field and eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration. You must have the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check and be physically able to perform various tasks, including crisis de-escalation and CPR training.

Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site clinical services for individuals affected by severe and persistent mental illness in a residential treatment setting.
  • Assist with training and clinical oversight of Residential Associates who provide 24-hour residential support services to residents.
  • Conduct Comprehensive Mental Health Assessments, Assessment Updates, and Treatment Plans.
  • Provide clinical oversight and consultation to facility staff and liaison with other community providers.

Qualifications

To be eligible for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
