Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in outreach and recruitment efforts aimed at enhancing university students' knowledge and enthusiasm for careers within the Intelligence Community (IC).
  • Establish and nurture collaborations with U.S. colleges and universities to bolster foreign language programs and create pathways for language students to transition into the IC.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across various IC agencies to formulate comprehensive recruiting strategies and initiatives.
  • Plan and execute both virtual and in-person outreach events, including conferences, expert panels, and informational sessions.
  • Provide administrative and logistical assistance to the IC Community of Practice for Language Recruiting and the IC Centers for Academic Excellence Program.
  • Prepare briefing materials, meeting documentation, and other written products as necessary; maintain databases of partner institutions.
Qualifications

Required:
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience in planning events within the IC.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Teams.
  • TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or no degree with at least 9 years of experience.
Desired:
  • Experience in developing recruiting strategies.
  • Familiarity with the ODNI Event Coordination System.
  • Knowledge of the National Security Education Program.
  • Experience supporting communities of practice or interagency working groups.
  • Background in working with students.

Target Salary Range

$112,000 - $179,000. This range reflects the typical salary for this position based on experience and other relevant factors.
