- Assist in outreach and recruitment efforts aimed at enhancing university students' knowledge and enthusiasm for careers within the Intelligence Community (IC).
- Establish and nurture collaborations with U.S. colleges and universities to bolster foreign language programs and create pathways for language students to transition into the IC.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various IC agencies to formulate comprehensive recruiting strategies and initiatives.
- Plan and execute both virtual and in-person outreach events, including conferences, expert panels, and informational sessions.
- Provide administrative and logistical assistance to the IC Community of Practice for Language Recruiting and the IC Centers for Academic Excellence Program.
- Prepare briefing materials, meeting documentation, and other written products as necessary; maintain databases of partner institutions.
Required:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience in planning events within the IC.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Teams.
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or no degree with at least 9 years of experience.
- Experience in developing recruiting strategies.
- Familiarity with the ODNI Event Coordination System.
- Knowledge of the National Security Education Program.
- Experience supporting communities of practice or interagency working groups.
- Background in working with students.

Target Salary Range
$112,000 - $179,000. This range reflects the typical salary for this position based on experience and other relevant factors.
