We're seeking a skilled Busser/Food Runner to join our team. As a key member of our service staff, you'll provide friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service to our guests. You'll maintain a high awareness of cleanliness throughout the restaurant and support our servers and bartenders in delivering exceptional service.

• Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Support our servers and bartenders in delivering food and drinks to guests, ensuring timely and accurate service.
• Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues, providing a positive and friendly experience.
• Assist with special cleaning projects and maintain equipment and utensils to ensure optimal performance.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read English.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Proper use of knives and other equipment required for the job.
• Current Food Handler's Certification and TABC certification.

• Flexible schedules.
• 5 days of PTO after 1 year and minimum average hours worked requirements are met.
• Insurance after 60 days, with minimum average hours requirement.
• WSET/Sommelier Certification.
