About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant. As a Sales Assistant, you will be the first point of contact with our customers and will play a crucial role in building strong relationships and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers in a professional manner to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Build rapport with customers and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
  • Prepare vehicles for demonstration drives, including warming up vehicles, filling vehicles with gas, and ensuring they are clean and presentable.
  • Deliver sold vehicles to customers and provide a thorough explanation of vehicle features and technology.
  • Resolve customer issues and problems in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Available to work mornings, evenings, and Saturdays.
  • Customer service experience a plus.
  • Sales experience and background in sports or other competitive environments a plus.
  • Experience with commission-based sales.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (Background Check).
