Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire team of Technicians and Assistants within the clinic
  • Contribute to the development of our Medical Procedures and Standards of Care across the network
  • Assist in building a team of exceptional professionals
  • Serve as the Lead Technician on the clinic floor
  • Facilitate staff training to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients and their families
  • Set a POSITIVE example for our veterinary team; mentor, coach, and empower colleagues to provide the best care possible
  • Embody and promote the Sploot culture by encouraging flexibility and work-life balance, and providing the necessary support for team members to thrive
Your Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a veterinary technician in general medicine and/or surgery
  • Valid Veterinary Technician certification/licensure (CVT/RVT/LVT/LVMT) and successful completion of the VTNE
  • A collaborative team player, eager to work with others within the organization
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Enthusiastic about joining a team that is redefining veterinary care
  • Aiming for excellence; accountable for personal performance
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced settings
  • Skilled in managing multiple responsibilities; capable of delegating, prioritizing, and taking ownership
  • Passionate about providing pets with the best possible care
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in emergency or urgent care medicine
  • Certification as a Certified Veterinary Clinic Manager
