Job Summary:
Bruker is a leading global developer and manufacturer of analytical X-ray systems for elemental analysis and materials research. We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Sales Manager to lead the sales of our X-ray systems in Korea.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales organization and lead the sales staff in Korea to achieve bookings budget and meet individual targets.
- Develop key accounts locally and globally, as assigned.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead qualification to closing, including marketing & communications, applications support, order processing, and post-sales support.
- Advocate for customer success across all aspects of regional and divisional management.
Essential Functions:
- Manage sales staff and application scientists to lead developing business opportunities.
- Directly manage opportunities by him/herself based on the following action items:
- Visit customers and channel partners to promote our X-ray products.
- Organize support of our X-ray products through our regional applications labs.
- Deal with customers and close their opportunities for new order bookings.
- Support related pre-sales and post-sales initiatives and processes.
- Develop our customer success and key account objectives.
- Provide updates to the regional sales manager on the situation in this territory.
- Maintain our CRM (SFDC) in a timely and thorough manner.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in organizational management.
- 10+ years of proven growth experience in technical sales in the Scientific Instruments Industry.
- Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with the scientific and engineering community.
- Experience in planning strategy, go-to-market planning, and direct and indirect channel management.
- Bilingual Korean and English (verbal, reading, and writing).
