Job Summary

As a Merchandising Specialist at PepsiCo, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and stocked in a visually appealing and organized manner within large volume stores. This includes merchandising store shelving, coolers, and displays with products in assigned accounts, rotating products in the backroom and on the shelf, and transporting products to and from the backroom to shelf location. You will also be responsible for displaying promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts, keeping back room stock in neat and orderly condition, and communicating store issues to store managers and Pepsi management. Additionally, you will build customer relationships at the store level and deliver customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers, and displays with products in assigned accounts
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf
• Transport products to and from the backroom to shelf location
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts
• Keep back room stock in neat and orderly condition
• Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi management
• Build customer relationships at the store level
• Deliver customer service

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Pass the physical capabilities test (if applicable)
• Must have car or personal transportation to access multi-store locations within assigned shift
• Valid U.S. Driver's License
• Proof of insurance

Preferred Qualifications

• Working for a retail business or grocery store
• Moving products within a store
• Merchandising products
• Managing backroom/stock room inventory
• Serving customers
