Job Overview:

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a school setting. In this role, you will work closely with students to assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders, playing a key role in their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessment and Diagnosis: Perform comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language needs.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student.
  • Therapy Sessions: Provide therapy sessions to address a range of communication challenges.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
  • IEP Meetings: Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records and track student progress.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Licensure: State licensure or eligibility for licensure in CA.
  • Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience: Experience in a school environment is an advantage.
