Position Overview:
In this role, you will contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests and fellow employees by embodying our core values: Serve Others, Do Right, Drive Value, Do Good, Be Safe, and Have Fun.
Compensation: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Full Time & Part Time, including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities:
- Engage with guests and colleagues to foster connections
- Share enthusiasm for the mountains during service
- Adhere to leadership guidelines as discussed in daily meetings
- Prepare a variety of food items in a collaborative team environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations throughout the shift
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
No prior experience is necessary; we will provide all the training needed to perform your duties safely. Candidates should possess:
- A willingness to learn and develop
- Fluency in English
- The ability to stand for extended periods and lift objects up to 40 lbs
