Key Responsibilities:

  • See Senior Health patients (ages 65+) with a broad array of patient needs; conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
  • Treat patients in-office and occasionally via tele-health visits.
  • Collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles and virtual clinical teams.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of primary care experience required.
  • Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Colorado.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills.

The hourly range for this role is $75/hr. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those exceeding specified qualifications and requirements.
