As a Warehouse Inventory Supervisor, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and health of our inventory while applying industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular cycle counts and daily inventory assessments.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies to determine underlying causes.
- Develop and implement effective solutions and best practices.
- Provide training to team members on quality standards and practices.
- Input data accurately and generate comprehensive audit reports.
- Oversee the receiving, quality assurance, and management of products.
- Maintain a solid understanding of both internal and external technologies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing inventory control in a large warehouse or fulfillment environment.
- Ability to lead teams of 10 or more associates in fulfillment operations.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, organized, proactive, and approachable.
- Willingness to learn new software and provide constructive feedback on tools.
- Experience in warehouse or distribution settings is essential; experience in start-up environments is advantageous.
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Flexibility to work overtime as required by business demands.
- Basic math skills and proficiency with computers are necessary.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, squat, and bend, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
