Commercial Lines Account Executive

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team at APR. As a key member of our commercial lines department, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value clients, providing expert guidance on risk management strategies, and fostering strong relationships with our clients.
About the RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity to work with a leading insurance agency, leveraging your technical expertise and industry knowledge to deliver outstanding results. You will have the autonomy to manage your own book of business, working closely with our producers and carrier underwriters to develop tailored solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial lines accounts, including contractors, manufacturers, distributors, and property owners.
- Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies, identifying areas of exposure and recommending mitigation measures.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, responding promptly to inquiries and providing timely updates on policy changes and renewals.
- Collaborate with our producers and carrier underwriters to develop competitive quotes and secure optimal coverage ratios for our clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a proven track record in servicing commercial accounts.
- Strong technical knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance, including manufacturers, distributors, and property owners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in software applications, including Microsoft Office and applied systems (TAM or EPIC) or AMS360.
What We Offer:
- A highly competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
