**Job Summary**
Wealth Recruitment, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Landscape Architect to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing landscape plans for residential, commercial, and public spaces.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to develop sustainable and functional landscape designs
- Conduct site analysis and research to inform design decisions
- Create detailed landscape plans, including planting layouts, hardscape elements, and irrigation systems
- Oversee the construction and installation of landscape projects
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and client expectations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in landscape architecture
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field
- Proven experience in landscape architecture or related field
- Proficiency in landscape design software (e.g. AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Strong knowledge of plants, materials, and construction techniques
- Excellent graphic and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Professional licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
