At POWDR, we're seeking a highly skilled Head Chef to join our team at the renowned Snowbird Restaurant in Salt Lake City, Utah. With breathtaking views of the Wasatch Mountain Range and a reputation for exceptional cuisine, this is an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise.

Snowbird is a world-class resort that prides itself on providing an unforgettable experience for our guests. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for crafting dishes that exceed our high standards and delight our customers.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and professional development.

As our ideal candidate, you will have a proven track record of success in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a passion for creating delicious meals that showcase your creativity and attention to detail. You will work closely with our team of experienced chefs and restaurateurs to ensure that every dish that leaves our kitchen exceeds our high standards.

• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a head chef or sous chef in a high-volume restaurant setting
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage kitchen operations effectively
• Excellent culinary skills, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers alike
