Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cocktail Server to join our team at St. Jo Frontier Casino. As a Cocktail Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take drink orders from customers and deliver beverages in a timely manner.
  • Assist the bartender with mixing beverages and garnishing drinks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to MO Health standards.
  • Provide a warm and friendly personality to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Meet attendance guidelines and adhere to regulatory, department, and company policies.
  • Follow all MO Liquor Laws and maintain a professional image at all times.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Level II Missouri Gaming License and a Servers License.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
