Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Member to join our team at Holiday Inn Club Vacations. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our accommodation units to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interior Cleaning: Perform thorough cleaning of all accommodation units, including one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and three-bedroom lock-off units, to meet the resort's standards.
  • Check-out Cleaning: Conduct check-out cleaning, including vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, stripping/making beds, cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, ovens, refrigerators, pots/pans, scrubbing floors, cleaning patios and desks, combating mildew and mold, and removing significant amounts of trash.
  • Stay-over, Mid-week, and Trash Cleans: Perform cleaning of stay-over, mid-week, and trash cleans, as well as annual maintenance of units and cleaning of new construction and renovation units.
  • Lost and Found Reports: Report all lost and found items and any service issues found in a unit.
  • Special Projects and Training: Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned, and participate in on-the-job training of other Housekeepers.
Requirements
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to follow prescribed procedures and guidelines in accomplishing tasks.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work morning shifts from 8:30am-5pm, including weekends and holidays.
  • Self-Directed: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and leadership.
