Adjunct Professor

We are seeking a qualified Adjunct Faculty member to join our team at Herzing University. As a Faculty member, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of our students and preparing them for success in their chosen careers.

• Subject Matter Expertise: Share your knowledge and experience with students, providing them with a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter.
• Effective Communication: Develop and deliver engaging lectures, ensuring that students understand complex concepts and ideas.
• Pedagogical Mastery: Design and implement effective teaching strategies, promoting student learning and achievement.
• Operational Excellence: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of our academic programs.
• Appreciation and Promotion of Diversity: Foster a culture of inclusivity and respect, promoting diversity and equity in the classroom.
• Assessment of Student Learning: Evaluate student progress, providing feedback and guidance to support their growth and development.
• Utilization of Technology to Enhance Teaching and Learning: Leverage technology to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, continuously improving your teaching methods and approaches.

• Master of Science in Nursing: A graduate degree in Nursing is required for this position.
• NCLEX Coaching Experience: Previous experience in coaching students for the NCLEX exam is highly desirable.
