EMT Transport Crewmember

Job Summary:

Arizona Employer is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated EMT Transport Crewmember to join our team. As a key member of our emergency medical services team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and transportation services in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Performs general maintenance of fire station along with other crew members
Checks tools, equipment, supplies, and materials of each ambulance to ensure that all are in proper operating condition
Performs a variety of emergency medical activities at fire, accident, hazardous material, or other emergency situations as a certified emergency medical care technician
Initiates pre-hospital medical care to individuals
Provides basic life support and assists paramedic personnel, or provides advanced life support if certified as a paramedic, at emergency scenes
Participates in public education/information events, such as station tours or group presentations
Participates in regular training/drills

Requirements:

High school diploma, or equivalent
Arizona EMCT certifications
Healthcare provider CPR certification
Valid Arizona driver's license

Working Conditions:

Works in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
May be exposed to hazardous materials and infectious diseases
Must be able to work effectively in a team environment
