Job Description- Manage the day-to-day operations of one or more sites, ensuring exceptional customer service and high cleanliness standards.
- Develop strong relationships with customers to identify their storage needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Drive sales growth through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies, while maintaining accurate records and processing payments.
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in software applications relevant to the position.
- A valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle (except in NYC).
- A work/life balance allowing you to work 5 days a week and be off by 6 pm.
