Vehicle Contract Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Contracts Clerk to join our team at Infiniti of San Jose, a fast-growing, independently owned dealership group.
About the RoleThis role involves processing new and used vehicle contracts, dealer trades, payoffs, and reconciliations, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities- Process new and used vehicle contracts in a timely manner, particularly at the end of the month
- Payoff trades vehicles as soon as funding becomes available
- Process dealer trades, reconcile flooring, and maintain clean schedules
- Cancel and reconcile warranties, as well as process wholesale sales
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive accounting or a related field
- Excellent computer skills and attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Competitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience
