Nurse Practitioner

We're seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to our communities. As a key member of our team, you'll have the autonomy to run your own practice with the support of our collaborative and innovative environment.

About the Role:

• Provide primary and family evidence-based care to patients, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning.
• Develop and maintain a clean and organized clinic environment, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional patient experiences.
• Maintain accurate patient records, perform routine examinations, and encourage patients to become active participants in their healthcare and well-being.

Requirements:

• Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.
• Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent.
• Complete the DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment.

Compensation and Benefits:
