Van Driver

As a Van Driver at Shaner Hotel Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional transportation services to our guests. This role requires a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts. You will greet arriving guests, bid farewell to departing guests, and assist with loading and unloading luggage. Additionally, you will ensure that all driveways are clear, monitor parking areas, and report any hazards or security concerns to management. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the work area, identifying and explaining hotel facilities to guests, and providing accurate directions to guests. Responsibilities:

• Operate the hotel shuttle/van to transport guests safely and courteously to their desired location(s)
• Ensure the hotel van is maintained in a clean and organized condition
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests
• Monitor and report any hazards or security concerns to management
• Assist with loading and unloading luggage

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license in the state of hotel's operations
• Excellent driving record
• Ability to provide legible communication and directions
• Previous guest relations and/or training
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers
