We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Floor Technician to join our team at Office Pride of Visalia-Tulare. As a key member of our cleaning services team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Perform floor cleaning and maintenance tasks, including stripping and refinishing floors
• Operate specialized equipment and chemicals to ensure a safe and healthy environment
• Work independently and as part of a team to achieve daily cleaning goals
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure seamless operations
• Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards

Requirements:

• At least 1-3 years of experience as a floor technician or in a related field
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Pass a background check and physical, drug screening, and breath alcohol test
• Ability to speak and read English fluently
