Program OverviewOur Nurse Residency Program is a comprehensive, 12-month program designed to provide new graduate nurses with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in today's fast-paced healthcare environment. Through a combination of classroom instruction, hands-on training, and mentorship, you'll gain the confidence and expertise to deliver high-quality patient care.

As a Nurse Resident, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve patient outcomes, and participating in ongoing education and professional development. You'll also have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including medical-surgical, pediatrics, and critical care.
Requirements- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the State
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) obtained within 30 days of employment
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) obtained within 1 year of employment
