Position Overview:
This position collaborates closely with the operations division to enhance outcomes through comprehensive reporting, analytical insights, and process optimization. Key responsibilities encompass monthly financial reporting, ad hoc analytical tasks, and contributing to strategic initiatives across the organization.

Core Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the operations VP for East/West and Specialty sectors to provide P&L support and prioritize reporting needs.
2. Facilitate the execution of strategic initiatives within the operations teams.
3. Design and refine essential reporting tools for financial and performance metrics, including Tech Utilization and Management Reporting for both existing and newly acquired enterprises.
4. Cultivate robust relationships with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to analyze business trends and pinpoint critical business challenges.
5. Support integration efforts stemming from recent acquisitions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- A minimum of three to five (3-5) years in a business or financial analyst capacity.
- One to three (1-3) years of experience in report development utilizing Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
