About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Branch Administrator to join our team at BrightView Landscapes. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our employees, clients, and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Payroll and Accounting Administration
    • Ensure accurate and timely entry of hourly personnel, weekly timesheets, and changes into the payroll system.
    • Update work orders and cost codes for the weekly labor posting.
  • General Office Duties
    • Answer phones and greet guests in a professional manner.
    • Order supplies, manage filing, and handle incoming and outgoing mail.
    • Prepare client proposals, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Human Resources
    • Prepare and maintain new hire packets, employee personnel files, and I-9 binders.
    • Coordinate uniform ordering, distribution, and returns.
    • Manage workers' compensation and OSHA reporting.

Requirements

  • 2- or 4-year degree in business or a related field and/or a minimum of 3 years of experience in a business office with accounting-related responsibilities.
