We are seeking a skilled Tax Associate to join our team at Rodefer Moss, PLLC. As a Tax Associate, you will be responsible for preparing complete and accurate tax returns of varying complexity, assisting in tax planning for clients, conducting research on technical accounting and tax issues, communicating with clients to identify and address their tax and consulting needs, developing external relationships and building a network of peers, and maintaining strict confidentiality of all client matters.

Requirements for this role include a Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, a valid CPA license and membership in good standing with AICPA, and 1-3 years of experience in public accounting. If you have excellent communication and supervision skills, great interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail, and are cooperative, enthusiastic, and able to work with a sense of urgency, we encourage you to apply.
