Job Overview

Automall Collection is seeking a detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Automotive Registration Clerk. This position plays a crucial part in ensuring the efficient processing of registrations and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Registration Processing: Handle vehicle registrations with a preference for candidates holding CVR certification.

2. Customer Service: Respond to phone inquiries, provide information, and deliver outstanding customer service to clients and colleagues.

3. Cashiering: Assist with financial transactions and maintain proper documentation.

4. Office Tasks/Data Entry: Input vehicle costs in Frazer light bookkeeping.

Compensation: $20/hour to start

Requirements:

· Automotive Dealer Experience: Preferred but not required.

· Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license.

· Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

· Computer Skills: Proficient in using computers and familiar with relevant software.

· Attention to Detail: Must demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

· Data Entry Experience: Previous experience in data entry is preferred.
