Key Responsibilities:

As a SailPoint Production Support Developer at Syntricate Technologies, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and customizing Identity and Access Management systems using Sailpoint IIQ. This includes experience in Access Request, Certification, Provisioning, User Life Cycle Management Processes, Workflows, and Role-based access control.

Technical Requirements:

Experience with implementing application onboarding, custom rules, forms, workflows, and configuring various types of access certifications in IIQ. You should also have experience with web services frameworks and related technologies such as Java, Spring, J2EE, Apache Tomcat, HTTP, AJAX, REST, SOAP, and XML. Additionally, you should have hands-on experience in SQL, Beanshell/Java Script programming, and understanding of application server, code deployment processes, and large-scale databases such as Oracle, MSSQL, and MySQL.

Soft Skills:

You should be able to function well in a large-scale, complex, cross-functional/platform environment. Strong experience in Upgrade/Patches of Sailpoint IIQ environment, Custom connectors development and implementation, Quick-links and custom reporting, and integration with the Ticketing Tool eg: ServiceNow is required. Good written and verbal communication skills are also essential. Experience in dealing with customers directly and working in a global delivery model is a plus.

Technical Expertise:

Experience in different types of application onboarding, customization, and troubleshooting problems on AD, JDBC, Webservice, SCIM, Delimited, etc. Knowledge in different types of Rule Development, development of complex workflow issues and solutions, Good Exposure of LCM joiner, Mover and Leaver process, Knowledge of different types of Sailpoint Reporting, Knowledge of Quick Links and Corresponding workflows, Knowledge of Certification and Corresponding rule development, and Knowledge of SQL Statement to pull data from IIQ tables as per business need is required. Knowledge of PowerShell and Shell script to build utility outside Sailpoint is a plus.
