Job Summary:

Methodist Hospital Metropolitan seeks a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Catheterization Laboratory team. As a Cath Holding Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction during cardiac catheterizations and other cardiovascular procedures.

About the Position:

This is a full-time position working 36 hours per week, with varying shifts and weekends. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterizations and other cardiovascular procedures.
  • Assist with preparation and maintenance of equipment and supplies.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.

Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree registered nursing program.
  • Minimum of six (6) months of clinical experience as a licensed Registered Nurse.
  • Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License.
  • Current American Heart Association BLS Certification.

Salary:
$95,000 per year, plus benefits
