About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess excellent time-management skills, attention to detail, and a passion for cleanliness. As a Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our properties meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain common areas, lobbies, elevators, stairways, and other areas of the property according to established cleaning procedures.
  • Perform regular cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas as required.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Assist with move-in and move-out cleaning and inspections.
