We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Specialist to join our team at Tentek. This is a full-time opportunity for a motivated individual who can provide top-notch technical support to our clients.


The successful candidate will be responsible for:


  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues onsite and remotely, ensuring that our clients receive prompt and efficient support.


  • Assisting other groups in Technology with tasks required onsite, showcasing your ability to work collaboratively and effectively.


  • Supporting technical projects, including planning, implementing, and assisting in the installation and setup of software products and hardware.


  • Communicating any escalation of issues and/or feedback to proper management, demonstrating your excellent communication skills.

About the Opportunity:


  • We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements:


  • Familiarity with ITIL certification or knowledge.


  • Experience working with Microsoft Office 365, Windows, and Mac environments.


  • Solid written and oral communication skills.


  • Ability to lift and transport moderately heavy to heavy objects.
