Navion Senior Solutions is seeking a dedicated Life Enrichment Coordinator to enhance the quality of life for our residents. This role is pivotal in developing and overseeing our Daily Life Enrichment initiatives tailored for Assisted Living and Memory Care residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement engaging programs that promote social interaction and cognitive stimulation.
- Supervise and inspire volunteers and team members to deliver exceptional activity programming.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations regarding resident care.
- Maintain necessary certifications and licenses as required by the state.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications effectively to manage schedules and report on activities.
- Adapt to the needs of residents by being available during evenings and weekends.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year in a supervisory role, ideally within a senior living context.
- High school diploma is required; a college degree is preferred.
- Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and train staff and volunteers.
