**Job Summary:**
We're seeking a friendly and attentive Bistro Server to join our team. As a Bistro Server, you'll be responsible for taking and delivering food and beverage orders, answering the phone, and providing exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities:**

* Take and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely and efficient manner
* Answer the phone and take reservations
* Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with residents and becoming familiar with their preferences
* Maintain cleanliness by wiping tables, sweeping, and mopping the cafe
* Record and stock supplies in service areas as needed
* Assist with food preparation by making sandwiches and salads

**Requirements:**

* Prior customer service experience preferred
