Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Spray Foam Installation Specialist to join our team at MaxTech, Inc. As a key member of our insulation team, you will be responsible for installing high-quality spray foam insulation in various commercial and residential settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install Spray Foam Insulation: Load and unload insulation materials, install spray foam insulation in attics, walls, and ceilings, and ensure a consistent pace to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Read and Interpret Building Plans: Read and understand building plans and blueprints to calculate the quantity and type of insulation materials needed for each job.
  • Clear and Dispose of Old Insulation: Clear and dispose of old insulation according to established safety guidelines and regulations.
  • Transport Tools and Equipment: Transport needed tools and equipment to job sites and ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Follow Safety Guidelines: Follow company and industry safety guidelines and regulations at all times.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of Insulation Materials: Have a solid understanding of insulation materials, including their properties and applications.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to lift 35 pounds at a time and work in confined spaces.
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with construction and related experience a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
