We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team at FeldCare Connects. Our company is committed to providing high-quality home health care services to patients of all ages.

Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing patient care needs relating to the ability to move, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability. They will work closely with Physical Therapists to ensure that treatment plans are followed and interventions aimed at improving patient wellbeing are implemented.
- Provide services defined by state laws governing the practice of a Physical Therapy Assistant in accordance with the plan of care and in coordination with other members of the healthcare team.
- Help patients use therapeutic, creative, and self-care activities to improve functioning and safety.
- Observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment and changes to patient condition.
- Instruct patients, families, caregivers, and the healthcare team in areas of therapy where they can participate in assisting patients.

Required Skills and Qualifications- Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages.
- Physical Therapy Assistant license and registration by the state.
- Completion of a Physical Therapy Assistant curriculum approved by The American Physical Therapy Association, The Council on Medical Education and Hospitals of the American Medical Association, or The Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association.
- Bilingual is a plus.
