About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at CFG Health Systems. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality healthcare services to our patients in a correctional setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients in various settings to identify their healthcare needs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients by implementing evidence-based practices.
  • Provide patient education and support to promote healthy behaviors and successful discharge planning.
Requirements
  • Current LPN license in New Jersey.
  • 1 year of experience in correctional healthcare or a related field.
  • CPR/BLS certification required.
  • Must meet security clearance requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Critical thinking and assessment skills to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans.
  • Ability to provide care objectively and maintain patient confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Records (EHRs).
