Job Summary

The Dominion Senior Living team is seeking a skilled Housekeeper to join our maintenance team. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, common areas, and public restrooms.
  • Follow established safety procedures and report any hazards or incidents to the supervisor.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents and their representatives.
  • Assist with laundry and linen services as needed.
  • Keep the maintenance director informed of supply needs and issues.
  • Ensure cleaning schedules are followed and turn in found articles to the supervisor.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior housekeeping experience preferred.
  • Experience working with seniors, especially those with cognitive impairments, is a plus.
  • Approved background check, physical, and TB skin test required.
