Job Title: Principal Pricing Strategist

Discover Bank is seeking a highly skilled Principal Pricing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our pricing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide thought leadership and strategic thinking to translate business problems into analytical frameworks and recommend actions.
  • Operate as a subject matter expert on pricing, market conditions, consumer elasticity, test and design of experiments, and financial impact analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand business needs and formulate end-to-end analysis.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies, including customer segmentation, optimization, and recommendation to solve business problems.
  • Deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple levels of leadership.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Engineering, or Statistics.
  • 6+ years of experience in Credit Risk, Fraud Risk, Marketing Analytics, Optimization, Operations Analytics, Modeling/Data Science, or related fields.
  • Preferred qualifications: Master's degree in Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, or Mathematics.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range: $126,500.00 to $177,300.00.
