Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM

Minimum Qualifications: Candidates must either be in the title or on the civil service eligible list for this location, or be eligible for transfer under section 70.1. A Bachelor's degree or higher in a human services field is required. Relevant fields include but are not limited to: nursing, psychology, social work, and rehabilitation counseling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate as a team member to enhance integrated employment opportunities.
  • Assist in designing and implementing vocational exploration activities.
  • Evaluate social and vocational skills and interests of participants.
  • Support the development of community employment opportunities.
  • Provide direct training in various vocational skills to program participants.
  • Offer transportation and direct support for service recipients in community employment settings.
  • Implement Day Hab services and SEMP waiver services.
  • Engage with community groups, businesses, and agencies to promote employment.
  • Participate in staff training to disseminate knowledge on integrated training employment initiatives.
  • Complete service and payroll documentation accurately.
  • Maintain effective communication with team members and employers.
  • Manage a caseload and complete monthly notes on SEMP and Day Hab services.
  • Attend Life Plan annual reviews and provide clinical input as required.
