**Estimated Salary:** $300,000 - $400,000 per year

**Job Description:** The County of Montgomery, PA is seeking an experienced Autopsy Physician to join our team. As an autopsy physician, you will be responsible for performing postmortem examinations to determine the cause and manner of death.

**Responsibilities:**

• Perform postmortem examinations to determine the cause and manner of death.
• Document findings in written reports and offer objective consultation and/or court testimony.
• Participate in conferences with family members, law enforcement, attorneys, and other individuals to provide information and understanding on autopsy conclusions.

**Requirements:**

• Board certified by the American Board of Pathology or the American Osteopathic Board of Pathology in anatomic and forensic pathology.
• Licensed as a physician to practice medicine in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
• Five years of experience working in a Coroner or Medical Examiner office.
