The role involves addressing maintenance requests, overseeing apartment turnovers, and performing various essential tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Timely Completion of Work Orders: Address and resolve maintenance requests efficiently, including plumbing, appliance repairs, HVAC systems, lock replacements, and minor electrical work.
  • Repair Estimation: Assess the time and scope of required repairs.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance to ensure the longevity of facilities.
  • Turnaround Maintenance: Prepare apartments for new residents.
  • Seasonal Duties: Engage in lawn care and snow removal as necessary.
  • Pool Maintenance: Oversee the upkeep of the swimming pool.
  • Painting: Perform painting tasks as required.
  • Additional Duties: Undertake other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • 3-4 years of relevant maintenance experience is essential.

Compensation:
