About the Insurance Broker Position

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Broker to help us manage our business development activities and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult with clients to identify their risk management needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote and sell insurance plans to current and new clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Review insurance claims to ensure fair dealing and satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and present them to stakeholders.
  • Organize and maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and updates in the field of insurance products and services.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in an Insurance Broker position.
  • Proven track record of providing client-focused solutions and building strong customer relationships.
  • Experience working with various types of insurance plans, including automobile, fire, life, property, medical, and more.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and sales skills.
  • Results-driven and able to work independently.
  • High school or BSc degree; professional certification a plus.
